Brad has been married for over 40 years to his wife, Debbie, and together they have two sons—both of whom work with him at Basin Pacific. He enjoys spending time with his wife, sons, daughters-in-law, and his three grandchildren.

Dave and his wife have been married for almost 35 years, and together they have two sons. He is passionate about snow skiing and enjoys spending time in the mountains.

She thrives on the relationships built with clients and always has their best interests in mind. She loves the Tri-Cities and enjoys the sense of community that the Tri-Cities provides in addition to the endless outdoor activities that are available year-round. Marquis has been in the industry for 5 years. She got her foot in the door with another agency that taught her the fundamentals of Employee Benefits. From there, she took that knowledge paired with her exceptional customer service, to Basin in hopes of providing our clients with the resources they need.

Cindy has been working in the insurance industry since 1997, specializing in personal insurance. When clients ask her how much insurance they should carry, she suggests at least enough to cover their net worth and recommends they speak with their financial advisor to help make that determination. Cindy joined Basin Pacific Insurance to help grow the Personal Lines Department and because of the great things she has heard about the team and their caring nature.
The warm weather and fabulous wineries are just two of the things Cindy likes about living in the Tri-Cities. She enjoys sight-seeing, going for walks, watching movies, and spending time with her child and two dogs – a Havanese name Chloe and a Tibetan Terrier named Bailey.

Andrew’s background is in quality assurance and management expertise, mostly within the food and beverage industry. He opted to make the switch to the insurance industry for the opportunity to deepen customer relationships and create a stronger connection with the community. He chose Basin Pacific because of the company’s high level of professionalism, strong values, and inclusive culture.
Raised on a small ranch in Eastern Washington, Andrew is a married father of two young children. He loves spending time with his family and enjoys sports and outdoor activities.

Christina’s insurance journey began in 2012 in the commercial department of a local insurance agency. There, she had great mentors who helped her become the agent she is today. Christina enjoys working with clients and sharing her knowledge to help support their business insurance needs. She’s often asked if insurance should be included in a company’s budget plan, to which she answers yes, it helps in understanding payment options and in separating company assets from personal assets to determine limits of insurance.
The Tri-Cities has been Christina’s home since 1985. She loves the warm weather and an abundance of sunshine. Christina has three beautiful kids and enjoys watching them learn, advance, and thrive in life any way they can. They spend a lot of time at softball fields, watching her oldest daughter excel in the sport, including starting a new organization, Valkyrie Fastpitch.

Jason’s been in the insurance industry since 2015. He a Certified Insurance Service Representative and is working towards a Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist designation. What most appealed to Jason about Basin Pacific Insurance is that the agency acts like one big family, helping to make sure clients are well taken care of. When asked by clients what deductible should be chosen for property and auto coverage, he lets them know that insurance policies often work best when paired with their own emergency budget and that any damages that hover around $1,000 or lower, for instance, should be paid for by emergency funds. Anything over that should be turned in to the insurance carrier.
Jason loves to travel. He enjoys visiting different countries and experiencing their culture, taking in the natural landscapes, and most importantly, sampling all the foods. One of his favorite dishes from his travels is Belgian waffles.

Josh wanted to work for a local brokerage where he could offer competitive rates and work with the broadest range of clients and so he joined the Basin Pacific team. He is experienced in personal lines, commercial and life insurance.
Born and raised in the Tri-Cities Josh knew this is where he wanted to put his roots. It is truly a great place to raise a family. Outside of work Josh enjoys spending time with his wife Michelle and two children, Gracie Mae and Tyler, and restoring classic cars. He is involved in nearly all the local car culture events like Cool Desert Nights.
Josh also has a true passion for volunteering. You can often find Josh volunteering with programs that support parents of NICU babies.

Randy has been married to his wife Kathy for over 35 years. They have two children. His daughter Lindsey works for Agrian and his son Matthew works for Columbia Crest. His pride and joy are his children and two beautiful grandchildren.

Ann started in crop insurance in 1983, and in 1996, started her own agency. Ann has also served on several advisory boards.
When not at work, Ann loves to garden. This year she enrolled in the Master Gardeners program through the WSU Research Extension Center.
Ann has been married to her husband, Scott, for 42 years. They have always lived in the Lower Yakima Valley, and have a close-knit family—2 children, 6 grandchildren, and one very new great-grandchild. Ann enjoys spending time with family, traveling, or just playing in the backyard. She has been involved with HeartLinks Hospice and Palliative Care for years.

Brooke came to work for her mom, Ann, in 2000 as a personal assistant. She became licensed in 2002 and has loved working with farmers alongside her mother ever since.
Brooke is the party planner for all family events and enjoys finding reasons to throw big parties. Most weekends she can be found in a gym watching one of her three kids hoop it up or on the court volunteering.

Donna and her husband of 43 years have 2 sons, 3 grandchildren, and a beautiful dog, Luna. They enjoy music and travel and frequent many of the concerts in Seattle, Portland, and Spokane. Donna loves her life in Prosser with accessibility to great wines and the beautiful river.

Rita chose Basin Pacific because she trusts and respects the people at Basin, both for their professionalism and basic humanity. She specializes in crop insurance and has sincere respect for growers and the challenges they face. Agriculture is a hugely underappreciated industry, and she's proud to support it however she can.
Rita worked at a large agency for about 5 years before making the decision to stay home with her young children. Coming back into the workforce, Rita feels like she has more life experience and a more well-rounded view of agriculture from the ground up (pun intended).
Rita married her high-school sweetheart, Aaron, and together they have five amazing people - two boys, then three girls. They live in wonderful chaos. When She is not at work serving the agricultural community, you can find her enjoying her other passion, singing.

Velia has been a customer of Basin Pacific for years and was always drawn to how well she was treated by the owner and staff. When the opportunity to join the friendly team arrived, she did not hesitate to say yes.
She is frequently asked how much someone should plan to spend on insurance. Working in personal lines of insurance since 2014, her experience has shown her that costs are based on many factors, so it is best to sit down and go over all the information in order to find the best options and rates for each client.
She lived in Othello for 30 years and loves the small community and recognizing faces anywhere in town. In her free time, she spends hangs out with her husband Mike, their 4 wonderful children, and 2 very loyal boxer dogs playing outdoors, camping, and fishing. Her spirit shines when there is some friendly competition to catch a bigger fish!

Basin Pacific’s positive reputation in the community and family-oriented values drew Liliana to accept a position that she knew she could further grow and develop in. Starting as a CSR and now a Personal Lines Agent, she is often asked how one could qualify for insurance discounts. She advises clients that carrying continuous insurance, having a multipolicy, multi-car policy, and being a homeowner are factors that might qualify for discounted insurance.
Liliana was raised in Othello and enjoys living in a small town. The community is tight knit, supportive, and provides a friendly environment. She is married to her high-school sweetheart William and loves spending time attending her two boys sporting events, watching football with her family (Go Hawks!), and getting some play time at the casino trying her hand at the Blackjack table.

She is often asked if Basin Pacific can be an extension of their own businesses team and provide the services and coverage they need. She enjoys the opportunity to accept that role and work with businesses to tailor make packages that provide complete coverage and protection. Her experience in the industry helps her to strike a balance between budget, contract expectations, and protection of assets.
Susan was born and raised in the basin and loves her rural life. The kindness and friendship in the community makes her proud to call this place home. When not spending time getting to know her clients, she helps her husband with their cattle, spends time with her grandchildren, and collects antiques. It is a great day when she finds a hidden gem that can be purposed into a beautiful furnishing for her home.
